Protection Act (PDPA). It applies to personal data in our possession or under our control, including that

- Personal Data: Information (true or not) about an individual who can be identified from
that data, or from that data and other information we hold.
- Examples include: name, contact details (address, email, phone), nationality, gender, date
of birth, marital status, photos, audio-visual material, employment & education background, and website
usage/interaction data.
2. Collection of Data
- Data you knowingly provide (recruitment, employment, client engagements, or through authorised
representatives).
- Data collected when permitted/required by law without consent.
- We will notify you of the purposes for which data is collected and obtain written consent where required.
3. Purposes for Collection, Use & Disclosure
- Employment administration (payroll, tax, benefits, insurance, leave, access control, policy development).
- Assess suitability for employment and manage performance evaluations.
- Manage or terminate employment and ensure business continuity.
- Provide goods/services to clients and fulfil contractual obligations.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring transactions.
- Comply with legal, regulatory and tax obligations.
- Verify identity and accuracy of information provided.
- Disclose to trusted third parties (service providers, regulators) where necessary.

We may collect, use, or disclose data without consent where permitted by law (e.g., emergencies threatening life
or safety, investigations, or matters of national interest).

You may withdraw consent at any time. However, withdrawal may affect our ability to process applications or

Requests should be made in writing or via email to our Data Protection Officer (see Section 12). We will generally
process withdrawals within 10 business days.

- Request access to your personal data or correction of inaccurate/incomplete data.
- Requests can be submitted to our Data Protection Officer; we aim to respond within 30 business
days.
- A reasonable fee may apply for access requests; you will be notified beforehand.

- Access controls & role-based permissions
- Strong authentication (password best practices, 2FA/MFA)
- Encryption of data at rest & in transit
- Regular patching, vulnerability scanning, and security testing
- Secure disposal/wiping of storage media
No method is fully secure; however, we will follow applicable law in the event of a data breach.
8. Accuracy & Retention
- Please inform us of any changes so we can maintain accurate and complete records.
- We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes collected, or as required by law.

We generally do not transfer personal data outside Singapore. Where such transfers occur, we will obtain consent
and ensure safeguards for comparable protection (e.g., contractual protections).

- Trusted service providers (payroll, hosting, analytics, email delivery, etc.).
- Government/regulatory authorities as required by law.
- Parties involved in corporate transactions.

We may process data without consent in specific cases permitted by law (emergencies, investigations, or national
interest). Aggregated or anonymised data may be used for analytics without identifying individuals.
